Waited for 5 weeks. I never received anything and they wouldn't reply to my online support questions. I had to call my credit card company and file a report for fraud.

I have tried hard to support and recommend this small business, but I can no longer do so. I have never experienced such poor customer service! The chat functionality does not work, and you have to email the admin, which sometimes takes days to get a response. Their replies are extremely vague, prompting additional questions or clarification, which prolongs the entire process. For example, last Wednesday (6/19), I sent an email for a status update on an order I placed on 6/3. I had received nothing besides the order confirmation email. It wasn’t until today (6/24) that I received a series of emails: first, that my order had been refunded, and second, a reply stating my order had been refunded but with no explanation as to why. I eventually found out that the patches were out of stock, which is incredibly frustrating since I ordered them for a trip I leave for on the 29th. I once thought I had stumbled upon a hidden gem, but I will never again purchase another item from this online shop.
